2010 Nissan Rogue Krom Edition revealed

After the launch of the Cube Krom earlier this year, Nissan is expanding its Krom lineup with a second vehicle - the 2010 Rogue Krom edition. Available in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations, the car will go on sale in the United States this December.

Buyers can choose just three exterior colors – Venom Red, Wicked Black and Gotham Gray. The Rogue Krom comes with aggressive sport styling, featuring unique front and rear fascias, exclusive 17-inch wheels, and a center-mounted sport-tuned exhaust. Other goodies include body-color exterior accents, rear privacy glass, and 'Krom' badging.

According to Nissan's North American director of the Specialty Vehicles Group, Pat Steiner, "The new Krom edition expands Rogue's already strong appeal, bringing its unmistakable sporty and active design to buyers seeking to stand out from the crowd of ordinary compact SUVs. Just as our NISMO models add enhanced performance straight from the factory, the Krom lineup offers intriguing, customized design right off the showroom floor."

Based on the Rogue S, the Krom edition is powered by the same 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 170 hp and 175 lb-ft of torque.
